做心理咨询 究竟得到什么?

为什么人们做了心理咨询和治疗后,情绪更快乐、性格更完善、心理疾病减弱或消除?他们花钱花时间在心理咨询,究竟得到了什么?

Why do people do psychological counseling and treatment, the mood is happier, character is more perfect, mental illness is weakened or eliminated? What do they get when they spend their time in counseling centers?

1、 他们得到了缺少的东西:释放、爱、关心、支持等。正所谓“授人以鱼,不如授人以渔。”

1. They get what they lack: release, love, care, support, etc. As the saying goes, "it is better to teach people to fish than to teach them to fish."

2、 习得、学会了更好的行为方式(行为层面)。心理咨询者指导来访者学会新的行为技巧,使他们应付生活的能力提高了,他们也就更快乐了。

4、 用好的思想代替坏的思想。把一个人心中不合理的信念改变为合理的,心理状态就会改善。

5、 有机会探索自己,不受压抑。心理咨询是一个宽容的地方,人们在这里可以自由地分析探索自己,使自己心理健康。

7、 了解了潜意识中的情绪或原始认知,使自我更善于控制潜意识的活动。这就是精神分析治疗所做的工作。

8、 其它方式增加自知和自控的能力。自知是自控的基础。因为我们所说的自控,不是强行压抑自己,而是对自己的心理的调节、管理。没有自知,调节自己的心理就无从谈起。
