面对抑郁症怎么办

  抑郁症是情感性疾病,许多多种类抗抑郁药物、心理治疗都可以治疗抑郁症。刘医生介绍说,对有些病人来说,抗抑郁药物更有效;另外一些病人,心理治疗可能更有效。

  一、心理调节
