高中生产生厌学情绪的主因多是出自外界过高的期望值和缺乏家人的理解。在学校家长等环境作用下,认为学习成绩高于一切,而忽略了考试的目的是什么;把高考和高校看得太重,忽略了自身存在的价值;因为学习压力大,对自己缺乏自信而导致的恐慌和焦虑。
