强迫症自我治疗的两大要素

  强迫症素有“精神癌症”之称,可见其治疗难度之大,这一切都源于人的本性——趋乐避苦,当强迫症状发生时,它带给我们的是某些不良的个人感受,面对这些负性的情绪体验,人都会做出某些本能的反应去排斥、对抗或压抑,由此也就在内心形成了强迫与反强迫两股力量之间的冲突,并带来精神上的痛苦?如何才能摆脱这些痛苦呢?最简单的方法就是接纳。

  目前常见的练习有动中禅的练习、内观练习、静心练习等,在这些练习过程中也可以结合做一些催眠练习,但有几点是需要注意的,一是要明确练习只是一种工具,而不是最终目的,而且也不必拘泥于形式;二是还要保持一颗平常心,所谓平常心就是能放下所有的心理负担,把好与不好、有无症状、失眠与否都能做到平等对待,当你能保持这颗平常心的时候,你的定力就足以对付任何强迫症状的发生,所以,强迫症治疗的关键就在于你是否能够接纳症状的存在,做到“顺其自然,为所当为”,只是需要我们改变对待强迫症状的态度及心理反应模式。
