心情不好为什么很多人会暴饮暴食的心理

1、这样的人,在我们身边比比皆是。他们并不知道自己的脑、心、身并不在一处,通常只把自己生活在头脑中,他们的脑中有自己规条和信念,神圣不可侵犯。一个只生活在头脑中的人,身体将逐渐干枯,情感也会和身体一样变得简单僵硬,不容易有感染力也不容易被别人感染。

2、先从练习身体的觉知力开始。练习具体的做法是这样的:先伸出你的手指,把注意力转移到你的这根手指上,然后呼吸,就好像你不是通过鼻子呼吸,而是通过这根手指呼吸一样。多做几次,直到你感觉有一股能量在你的手指上流动。其它的手指也一根一根这样做过来。

再接下来,就要做全身的练习,感受从头练到脚,让注意力按照次序不断地移动到身体的某个部位,并感知那个部位的呼吸。可能练着练着就会睡着,你会发现这样的练习对睡眠质量的提高效果是惊人的。这个练习可能不能让你的吃停下来,但却可以让你每天多一点接近你的身体,当你离它一天天走近时,终于有一天,你听到它在对你说:不要吃了!我吃够了!那时,你才能把真正把筷子放下。

当然,如果做这样的练习时,还配合着你高强度的工作,在你的心灵和身体都不愿意的情况下一味地工作着,那再怎么练,你也无法接近根本的疗愈。
